Okay, so after reviewing the complaint that resulted in the recent move with the Vent topic and discussing with remaining staff, we have concluded that the supposed legal issues are not really there, especially given the disclaimers that go with the topic.
As such, we have decided to restore the original thread and merge it with the new one in Access Pass. Due to the heated nature of the topic, it was unanimously decided that the thread belongs there.
